This week I have been busy sorting, pitching and rehoming ALL of the junk in the closet space and I am still not done! I will say this has been a much bigger task than I had originally thought. It’s a lot of “stuff” to sort through and luckily I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. My next step will be putting things back together. It’s not much of anything yet but it is cleaner and lighter. 3 bags of trash and several boxes of donations and I am here and I think I am ready to start bringing order into this little space with a clothing rod and lots of small storage.
I have been scouring the internet for small storage options that would work in this space. Luckily there are tons and tons of options in many price ranges. The image below shows some of my favourite options. They are all from www.solutions-stores.ca. There is a local location close to me and they have some amazing sales on now and plenty of storage options so I have been focusing my research there.
I love all of these ideas and I have a ton of places to use all of these options but I think to properly store and access the craft supplies in a closet that will also have clothes, the storage container need to be clearly labeled and be see-through.

My final inspiration came from Design Improvised. Just look at this AMAZING and organized closet!! It is so easy on the eyes. I love how accessible everything is. Everything is well labelled, visible and all of the kid friendly stuff is accessible to little hands. This makes me happy and I hope to achieve a similar state of craft supply happiness!
